of one and one-half hours to complete. Our technicians take pride
in a job well done.
You receive a great value for your investment. During our technician’s
visit, he will:
- be looking for
anything that could shorten the life of your equipment or cause excessively
high utility bills
- completely inspect
your system for safe operation
- test the refrigerant
charge and, if necessary, adjust it. Incorrectly charged systems can
cause excessive wear to your compressor, which may shorten its life.
There is no guess work here!
- inspect your
ductwork for air leaks and design flaws, if any, and present solutions
- clean the refrigerant
coils, blower wheel and housing
- inspect electrical
motors and test for wear
- clear your condensate
drain lines
- apply an environmentally
safe rust inhibitor to the equipment cabinets for protection.
