Company Owner and Founder

All Seasons® was started as a sole proprietorship by owner and president Ralph O. Doak. Since the company’s beginning Ralph has been active in the HVAC industry. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Hampton Roads Chapter of Air Conditioning Contractors of America (ACCA). He has served as the chapter's President, Vice President, and Education Chairman. As an ACCA officer, he was instrumental in the creation of two HVAC scholarships in the amount of $1,000 each. These scholarships are awarded every year to a deserving student who is pursuing post secondary education in the air-conditioning, refrigeration, heating and control industry.

In addition to his ACCA activities, Mr. Doak has been an officer for the Refrigeration Service Engineers Society (RSES) of Tidewater. He also sits on the expert panel boards for Advanced Technical Institute (ATI) and Tidewater Technical Institute.

By serving on the advisory councils for the HVAC programs in high schools and Tidewater Community College (TCC), Mr. Doak has provided input for the training of future employees in the industry. He has also been on a panel of experts that has set many of the competencies that are taught in the HVAC high school programs across the state.
